When I left off in 2018, it was my first vacation from my then-new job at a big-box grocer in the Midwest. Almost ten years later and I’m still there. At that time, I was prepping to jet off to Los Angeles for the fourth time. Let me just summarize: I had a nice time in Hollywood. I didn’t find as many graves as I planned, but I did do some touristy stuff, like checking out some museums and Warner Brothers Studios.
Where have I been since 2018? For the most part, work and more work, making it happen so I can finance gravecations when I get my vacation time from work. To briefly summarize, here are some of the states I’ve visited since 2018 to check out the cemeteries. Ohio, Indiana, Kentucky, Maryland, Pennsylvania, Virginia, Arizona, Illinois, Wisconsin, and other cities in Michigan. Going forward, since I’m not gonna do a play-by-play of those past road trips, I’ll more than likely write an article about each trip or the personalities from those trips. I found a lot of cool graves of historical figures. I also need to refresh my WordPress skills. I have broken links to fix across different parts of the website. I also plan to fix the links to the podcast I hosted, with Steve Goldstein Gravecast. As for the video content on YouTube, I have more of that in the works as well. I’ve upgraded a lot of my gear and hardware, so I can now shoot and edit HD and 4K videos.
One last thing I’d like to bring up before I wrap up. To make my website and brand stand out from others, I’ve renamed the website Tomb Bug. My podcast Gravecast will keep the same name.
Stay Elevated,
Josh
