Well where should I begin on this journey called life. On both theaters of action things are looking way up for me. Both as a hardcore grave hunter, and as a person in general.  From the standpoint of a grave hunter, I’m promoting the hobby  any & every chance I get.  With the clothing line I’ve created through the zazzle.com site I’m trying to make Grave Hunting a house hold name.

In recent weeks I’ve stayed busy uploading video footage to my You Tube page. I’m averaging about one to two videos edited, narrated, and uploaded a day. One thing I’d like to point out on the older videos. Which don’t have the voice-over narration, or photos to compliment the video. This Winter since it will pretty much be the off-season grave hunting wise for me.  I will be re-uploading the older videos to my computer, so I can then give each video the personal touch, and professional treatment to make the older videos a stunning work of art. Complete with voice-over narrated portions, and photos to go with the segments.

One thing I wanted to bring up before I forget. I was recently on the Barely Legal Radio.com online radio show.  This radio show gives free legal advice to people who call in with questions about the entertainment industry. The question I had related to using still photos or short 5-10 second clips of the opening credits of TV shows, or films in the graveside documentaries I create. If your interested in hearing my call in segment which aired this past Friday 7/16/10 go to www.barelylegalradio.com and download the podcast. I thought the call-in and question part went over very well if I don’t say so my self.

Another thing I wanted to bring up. I will be updating the “Grave Hunting Primer” how-to manual page fairly soon probably within the next week or two. With some ideas for optional tools and what not.

And finally I usually don’t talk about my personal life as that’s not what this blog pertains to. But I can’t help but mention that I’m going back to school. I start October 5th at Specs Howard School of Media Arts.  After realizing that I get much enjoyment from editing the videos I shoot. I’ve decided I should go to school and learn how the professionals do it. With that said my long-term goal is to move to Los Angeles and work for one of the movie studios doing editing work.

Not to mention as I always say “anyone who was practically anything in Hollywood is buried in Los Angeles area cemeteries.” So I’m really excited and looking forward to this new adventure on the horizon I’m about to take on.
