For those of you who are interested, I recently went over to Woodlawn cemetery over on 8 Mile, and Woodward Ave, in Detroit. The reason for this trip was to scout out some locations I’m planning on filming for a school project. That being said, while I was there one of the gravesites I scouted was of WWII Medal of Honor Recipient James Okubo. Who survived the war, but tragically lost his life in a traffic accident while living in Detroit.

Anyway to make a long story short I experimented with the video feature on my Canon SX130 digital camera. The video featured below is what the outcome came to be after I worked some magic in Final Cut Pro 7. I really hope you enjoy viewing the highly informative, and short documentary, complimented by background music, and some photos. If you feel the need to please let me know what you think. I always enjoy getting feedback on my work.
