Conrad Pfeiffer, Detroit, Dodge Brothers, James Okubo, Medal of Honor, Woodlawn Cemetery Detroit, WWII Medal of Honor
For those of you who are interested, for my final project at Specs Howard School of Media Arts. I created a documentary highlighting some of the notable people buried in Detroit’s Woodlawn cemetery. In this video I take the viewers to visit the Dodge Brothers mausoleum, as well as the final resting place of WWII Medal of Honor recipient James Okubo, who was an Asian-American serving in the war. Not only that we visit the mausoleum of Detroit brewery owner Conrad Pfeiffer. I’ve implemented three musical numbers to compliment the ambiance of this true museum in Stone, as well as some photos to compliment the video.
It says “The video has been removed by the user.” How disappointing!
Hey Loren, I deleted this particular video and uploaded it to my other You Tube channel I guess I forgot to post the new video link. I’ll re-post it so you can check it out. Sorry about that.
No worries. I found it on You Tube and linked to it from this week’s Cemetery of the Week. Hope that’s okay.
Thanks Loren, I don’t mind at all :-).
