Around the end of September beginning of October The Guru will be taking a much needed trip to Chicago to visit family. One of the things I plan on doing during the trip besides hooking up with my cigar buddies at Cigar King in Skokie is doing a little grave hunting.

A dear friend of mine who runs the lovely website http://www.myalcaponemuseum.com has a grave sites section on his site. And me being the enchanting grave hunter that I am offered up my volunteer services to go trekking into the cemeteries in and around the Chicagoland area to photograph grave sites of some of Chicago’s notorious mobsters from the 1920s era. I’m doing this for both my enjoyment and research purposes and to get my photo work listed on his website.
